Louise M. Dowling-Krall, RN, MSN, CNM, received a master’s degree in nursing and midwifery from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.  She has been in private practice with Mary Beth Weimer since 1996.  She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and is active in her local Chapter II.  She is a member of the legislative committee and is involved in issues that promote legislation and knowledge pertaining to the field of nurse-midwifery. 

 Louise has been affiliated with Monmouth Medical Center for the past nine years as a staff nurse in labor and delivery, and later managed the Alternative Birth Center before pursuing her master’s degree.  She is married with one daughter.
