Louise M. Dowling-Krall, MSN, CNM, received a Master’s degree in nursing and midwifery from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.  She has been in private practice since 1996.  Louise is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and is active in her local Chapter II. As a member of the legislative committee, she is involved in issues that promote legislation and knowledge pertaining to the field of nurse-midwifery. Louise is active in preceptorship of nurse-midwifery students both at the office and at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Louise is married with a daughter and son.
